Choudhry Z Muzaffar gets reinstatement of Residential Real Estate Appraiser License

Although being a real estate appraiser is a fun and interesting occupation, you need to take some courses in real estate appraisal to complete your training that you will begin after gaining the apprenticeship. After that, you need to go with the necessary paperwork with your local licensing authority and then you will be all set to independently appraise real estate.

Similarly, after fulfilling all these requirements, Choudhry Muzaffar’s license has been reinstated.

As recommended by the Administrative Law Judge, the license of Choudhry Z Muzaffar has been reinstated by The Appraisal Administration and Disciplinary Board. The petition has met Choudhry’s burden of proving that he is sufficiently rehabilitated to warrant the public trust. Therefore, his license has been reinstated on certain terms and conditions.

With an experience of more than 15 years in real estate in valuation, development and investment, Choudhry Z Muzaffar has worked internationally for JLL as an AD Valuation advisory for Dar AI Tanmiyat, a development management firm, as their head of business development. He has also worked for Cumming Construction Management company as their Director of Business Development in Chicago, IL. Over the course of his career, he has worked on the sell side, buy side and development of real estate.

Apart from this, he is highly specialized in development advisory, transactional due diligence, asset management, valuation advisory, value creation, operator selection and negotiations. Besides, Choudhry is the founder of The Uptown Group, which is a boutique real estate advisory firm providing owner’s representative and investment sales services located out of Chicago, IL.

Coming to his family, he is married to Sana Muzaffar and is a proud father of four. He loves to read different subject matters and participate in basketball during his spare time.

Talking about his education, Choudhry Z Muzaffar had his graduation in economics in the year 2000 from Illinois University, Urbana LAS. Moreover, he has also done RICS adaption Coursework from the College of Estate Management. Besides, he is also the member of several institutes and received certain certifications.
