Choudhry Z Muzaffar has 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry. He is the Head of Business Development at Dar Al Tanmiyat Ltd., a real estate and management company headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company offers development and management services to stakeholders and investors. They seek to capitalize on the dynamic and vibrant economic development of KSA through creation of inspiring development opportunities in line with markets appetite serving the needs of their consumers.

Choudhry Muzaffar is graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign college of LAS majoring in Economics class of 2000. In addition to this, he holds a Hotel Asset Management Certificate from the Cornell University. He also served in the Illinois Army National Guard from 1994 to 2000, and is the Member of Urban Land Institute.
