Choudhry Z Muzaffar Has Great Understanding of the Volatile Real Estate Market

Choudhry Z Muzaffar has served numerous real estate companies throughout his career. He has worked with GNC as Managing Partner, and then worked with the Uptown Group as Real Estate Advisor. Next, he served the Saudi Home Loans as Head of Collateral Valuation, and in 2010, served as VP of Valuation Advisory in JLL. Later on, he worked with Dar Al Tanmiyat Ltd. and MOROOD as head of Business Development.

Choudhry possesses great knowledge of the real estate industry with more than 15 years’ experience in the domestic and international market. He also has more than 10 years of experience of consistent growth as a real estate professional on the selling, buying, and development side. He specializes in cost management, project and program management, and cost estimation.

Choudhry Z Muzaffar graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana LAS in Economics in 2000. He is the Chartered Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors MRICS, and has also done RICS adaptation coursework from the College of Estate Management.

In addition to this, he holds a Hotel Asset Management Certificate from Cornell University. He also served in the Illinois Army National Guard from 1994-2000 and is a member of the Urban Land Institute. Choudhry Z Muzaffar is married to Sana Muzaffar and is the proud father of four. During his free time, he enjoys reading about different subject matters and coaches basketball.
