He is a well-experienced real estate professional and has shown 10+ years of consistent grown on the sell side, buy side, as well as real estate development. He has worked both domestically and within international markets obtaining great exposure to residential rehab/new construction, mixed use developments, adaptive re-use within the single family, multi-family, retail, office, & hospitality sectors.

Choudhry Muzaffar is the former Director of Cumming Construction Management, a global cost and project management firm with 24 offices in the US and 4 international. Choudhry was hired to develop and pursue business opportunities for the company’s new office in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to that, he served as the Head of Business Development at Dar Al Tanmiyat Ltd., Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
