Choudhry Z. Muzaffar’s Residential Real Estate Appraiser License has been reinstated

Choudhry Z. Muzaffar is an experienced and professional Real Estate agent. He is the founder and managing director of The Uptown Group. Pertaining to his licensure, the Administrative Law Judge recommended The Appraisal Administration and Disciplinary Board to reinstate Choudhry Z. Muzaffar’s license. The Appraisal Administration has jurisdiction over subject matter of Choudhry Muzaffar case. The petition has met Choudhry’s burden of proving that he is sufficiently rehabilitated to warrant the public trust. Therefore, his license has been reinstated after he fulfilled all the terms and conditions.
