Choudhry Z. Muzaffar has experience of more than 15 years in real estate investment sales services domestically and internationally in Chicago, IL. He is the founder of a reputed company, The Uptown Group, a real estate advisory firm providing the services in project management, development management advisory and investment advisory.

Choudhry Muzaffar has passion for real estate and travelled the world in real estate profession. That’s why he has clear idea that real estate is different in every market. He has visited different places having varying cultural norms, transparency, and degree of regulations, geographical constraints, language barriers and economic drivers. He always believed in giving back to the community and associated with various charitable organizations that are committed towards the community welfare.

Memberships

Choudhry Z. Muzaffar is an active member of RICS and travelled across the globe to visit Chicago with fellow members. He is also active with Illinois Landmark Association, a non profitable organization. This Association works to preserve historical buildings in Illinois. He was a counselor of Youth on Youth in Chicago, IL providing mentorship to inner city youth. Moreover, he is a member of RICS America and they work in qualifying and standardizing the values in property, land, infrastructure and construction.

Personal Life

Choudhry Muzaffar is married to Sana Muzaffar and has four children. He has completed his graduation from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2000. He enjoys reading about different variety of subject matters and his favorite sport is basketball. Even he was junior college basketball player in Harry S. Truman College and Basketball Whitney Young High School.
