Choudhry Muzaffar career spans more than 15 years within the real estate industry working domestically in United States and in International markets. Over the course of his career Choudhry has worked on the sell side, buy side, and development of real estate for JLL, Dar Al Tanmiyat and Cumming Construction Management Company. He has experience in mixed developments with hospitality, office, retail, and residential developments.

Choudhry Muzaffar graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana LAS in Economics in the year 2000. He is the Chartered Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors MRICS, and has also done RICS adaptation Coursework from the College of Estate Management. In addition to this, he holds a Hotel Asset Management Certificate from the Cornell University. He also served in the Illinois Army National Guard in 1994-2000, and is the Member of Urban Land Institute.
